The Academy 1.0 is a journey designed to help people grow into Christ-centered leaders who serve others and make a lasting difference. Rooted in the belief that leadership is not about position but about purpose, The Academy 1.0 invites participants to develop spiritual depth, emotional health, and practical leadership skills modeled after the life of Jesus.

Through weekly teachings, guided discussions, hands-on serving opportunities, and intentional community, participants are equipped to lead from a place of wholeness, humility, and faith. Each week focuses on a key area of formation—such as work and worship, leadership through the cross, healing and wholeness, emotional intelligence, spiritual maturity, and relational depth—helping leaders grow both personally and practically.

The Academy 1.0 emphasizes action, not just information. Participants are expected to attend weekly sessions, engage in serving projects, participate in serve weeks, and apply what they are learning in real-life ministry and relationships. Along the way, they are supported through coaching, accountability, and team-based learning.
