Complete the Application Form
Fill out our application with your basic information, relevant experience, availability, and which campus(es) you'd like to serve at. Please include your resume.

Complete the DISC Personality Assessment
We use the free DISC personality assessment to better understand how you communicate, how you serve, and how you’ll fit within our team culture.
After completing the test, create a free CrystalKnows account to view your results. Email screenshots of your DISC Type, Score, and Personality Traits to us in Step 3.

Email Your DISC Results
Once you have your results, email the three screenshots (DISC Type, DISC Score, and DISC Personality Traits) to our team. We'll reach out from there to schedule a next conversation.
