📌 LEADER'S BULLETIN
Leader Heart Check
You are not just facilitating a discussion — you are stewarding a moment where the Spirit of God can move in people's lives. The attributes explored in this series are not abstract theology; they are the very qualities God wants to cultivate in you as a leader. Lead from a place of surrender this week, trusting that the same Spirit who rested on Christ rests on you.
Attendance Reminder
Please log your group's attendance in the Church App by Sunday. Your faithfulness in tracking helps us stay connected as a church family.
🔑 CONNECTION KEY (Leader Briefing)
Core Theme: The final three attributes of Spiritual Intelligence — Might, Knowledge, and the Fear of the Lord — are not religious concepts to understand, but divine gifts to walk in that reshape how we execute, perceive, and posture ourselves before God.
Key Discussion Goals:
Help group members identify patterns, mindsets, or fears that have been blocking them from executing what God has called them to do
Distinguish between human information and Spirit-given revelation, and what that difference looks like practically
Cultivate a healthy understanding of the Fear of the Lord as a place of protection and intimacy, not dread
Encourage members toward active dependence on the Holy Spirit in everyday decision-making
Leader Tip: This message covers three spiritually dense topics in one sitting, so resist the urge to rush through all three points equally. Pay attention to where your group's energy and conversation naturally land — that is likely where the Spirit wants to spend time. Point 5 on execution may surface shame or discouragement for members who feel stuck, so create space for honesty without letting the group spiral into venting. Points 6 and 7 invite a sense of awe and wonder — lean into that atmosphere rather than keeping things purely intellectual.
Key Phrase: "Knowledge is how heaven interprets reality."
📖 Sermon Points
7 Attributes Of Spiritual Intelligence.
Point 5 - The Power To Execute
Scripture References:
The Spirit of Might is the grace to accomplish what God has assigned to you — not in your own strength, but by divine enablement. Yet many believers live beneath that grace, trapped by cycles that breed shame, procrastination, and a victim mentality that keeps them spectating their own calling. Like Samson, it is possible to go through the motions of a gifted life while unaware that the anointing has quietly departed. The invitation this week is to break agreement with the patterns, fears, and excuses that have delayed your next step — and to walk back into the grace that was always yours to carry.
Reflection Questions:
What repeated cycle in your life has produced shame or a sense of stagnation — and what do you think has kept it in place?
How have fear of man, procrastination, or a victim mindset shown up in your pursuit of what God has called you to?
Samson did not realize the Lord had left him. What are the warning signs in your own life that you might be operating on momentum rather than genuine anointing?
Where do you sense God is calling you to finally execute something you have been delaying — and what would the first step look like this week?
Point 6 - The Gift Of Knowing
Scripture References:
The Spirit of Knowledge is not the accumulation of biblical facts — it is spiritual insight into realities that the natural mind cannot access on its own. God speaks through seeing, hearing, and knowing, and the word of knowledge specifically operates through divine communion rather than human study. While information informs, revelation transforms — it does not puff up, but it does posture us in humility before the One who knows all things. This gift is ultimately about knowing God's mind, not merely knowing about God.
Reflection Questions:
What is the difference between knowing information about God and actually knowing God's mind on a situation — and where have you experienced that distinction personally?
In what area of your life right now do you sense you are relying more on what you have figured out than on what God has revealed?
How does your current rhythm of prayer and communion position you to receive revelation rather than just gather information?
What does walking in the Spirit of Knowledge practically look like for someone in your stage of life or season of faith?
Point 7 - The Fear Of The Lord
Scripture References:
The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and it is also the posture that positions us for divine protection and angelic assistance. To fear the Lord is not to cower in terror but to live with a holy reverence that keeps God at the center of every decision and desire. The image in Revelation of the seven Spirits sent into all the earth reveals how expansive and active God's presence truly is — and those who walk in the Fear of the Lord are the ones the angel of the Lord encamps around and delivers. This final attribute is not a cap on freedom; it is the foundation that makes every other gift of Spiritual Intelligence sustainable.
Reflection Questions:
How would you describe the difference between fearing God and being afraid of God — and which posture has shaped your relationship with Him more?
Where in your life do you sense a lack of holy reverence — areas where you have been making decisions without truly consulting God?
The Psalm says the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him. How does that image of divine protection change the way you see your current circumstances?
As you look at all seven attributes of Spiritual Intelligence across this series, which one feels most underdeveloped in your life — and what would it look like to actively pursue it?
🛠 Practical Application
The Challenge
This week, identify one area where you have been operating on information rather than revelation — and commit to spending dedicated time in prayer and Scripture specifically asking God for His perspective on that situation. Do not come to solve it; come to listen.
Audit / Reflection
Honestly assess: Are there patterns in your life that keep repeating — cycles of delay, fear, or stagnation — that you have normalized? What would it look like to name one of those patterns this week, bring it before God, and ask Him to break it by His Spirit of Might?
Prayer Focus
Pray together as a group for a fresh impartation of these final three attributes — Might, Knowledge, and the Fear of the Lord. Ask God to break every cycle of procrastination and passivity, to open the eyes of each person's heart to receive revelation, and to cultivate a holy reverence that draws His presence and protection into every area of their lives.
📣 Weekly Declaration
I am graced to execute what God has called me to, and I will no longer partner with delay, fear, or shame. I have the Spirit of Knowledge at work in me, giving me access to God's mind and not just human understanding. I walk in the Fear of the Lord, and because of that, I am surrounded by His protection and guided by His wisdom. Every cycle that has kept me stuck is broken, and I step into the fullness of what God has prepared for me. I carry all seven attributes of Spiritual Intelligence, and I release them into every room I walk into. Amen.
