Participated in a Life Group for at least six months
Skills / Abilities
Leadership, Shepherding, and/or Facilitating – Strength in one of these three
Social Skills – have a track record of relating and connecting with others
Expectations
Prepare For and Lead Your Group
Attend at least two services on Sunday: Sit one, serve one
Listen to the sermon
Review the weekly message notes
Care for Group Members and their Families
Be spiritually mindful of personal situations & needs of group members
Communicate special needs to a pastor
Visit members in the hospital
Complete Weekly Attendance Reports
Reports can be completed online through your email, the Lead app, and/or Heart Revolution’s CCB website
Assist with Life Group Sign-ups
Follow up and connect with people who sign up to join a Life Group
Attend All Training Meetings
Leader Training Meetings will be scheduled throughout the year
