CREW NighT

Every Wednesday Night at 6:30PM

We believe we are better together. Crews are small group gatherings that happen in-person every week on Wednesday at the church. It’s the best way to stay connected with our community, grow in faith and build relationships!

Encounter is a 3-night, 4-day journey to discover and build a relationship with God and our church community. During this journey, your child will engage in sessions, services, and games/activities. All meals, sessions, and our own game competitions will be included as well as lodging. Transportation to and from camp will be provided as well as a Camp T-shirt.

Extracurricular activities that the camp facility provides will have an extra cost, we will be going over this in more detail at our Camp Info meeting closer to the date.

A certified nurse will be on-site at all times, administering any and all medications your child may need (as long as the medical form is filled out).

This is a great opportunity to equip your children and allow them to build long-lasting relationships with God, students, and leaders.

  • Our counselors are all adult volunteers who have undergone extensive RevYth Training and onboarding process, including a legal background check, RevYth Staff interview, orientation, and training. Any parent interested in coming as a counselor can contact Lucia at lucia@heartrevchurch.com

I am not sure I can afford the entire cost of Camp, what should I do?

  • We don’t want finances to stand in the way of your son/daughter coming to camp! We have payment plans, sibling discounts, and financial Aid based on need/benevolence forms. If you would like to apply for financial Aid, please email Lucia at lucia@heartrevchurch.com

Where is my son/daughter going to sleep while at camp?

  • Our assigned lodging consists of a building that sleeps approximately 100 people, we have designated the second floor for females and the bottom floor for males, floors will not have access to each other. Each floor will be divided into 4 wings, each wing will sleep 12 students and 2 chaperones.

What if my son/daughter gets homesick?

  • It happens! As a team, we are committed to making sure all students are comfortable and reassured at all times, we will help your son/daughter to get through their homesickness and will keep you in the loop when necessary, if however, they are not able to bounce back after 24hrs, we will call you to pick them up.
